One weekly housekeeping service is also included as well as one parking spot. Buyer is responsible for annual maintenance fees, property taxes and closing costs. Maintenance are approx. $1,605. Property taxes billed separately at about $148 annually. Closing costs with title insurance is about $800 plus the $100 resort transfer fee. As an owner, you also have the ability to rent out your unit for rental income if you can't use your week every year. Average rent is $3,500 per week depending on the week and unit view!
